Safety Record
The safety of our employees is crucial not only for our peace of mind, but also for the peace of mind of those who employ us. That is why in the short time that we have been in business we have earned an Experience Modifier Rating of .77 for our excellence in safety. We have received STEP Platinum Awards for safety from the National Associated Builders & Contractors for the past four years running, as well as numerous safety awards from our local ABC chapter. In receiving the STEP Platinum for Safety awards, not only were we honored for an exemplary safety record and exceeding the national safety standards, we were also qualified to participate in the OSHA CLAS (Construction Leaders Agreement for Safety) program. We are also exceedingly proud of the fact that for the calendar year 2008, our Lost Time Cases Incident Rate was 0.00 and our Total Recordable Cases Incident rate was 1.68, both being far below the national average. We at Bonds & Associates do not speak flippantly of our safety record, touting only sugarcoated numbers and vague percentages.
